Dr. Chou is a Bay Area native, and she graduated from the University of Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. After dental school, she continued her education through the advanced education in general dentistry residency program at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Prior to joining our team at Smile Craft, Dr. Chou worked as an associate dentist at other practices in the bay area. She is also currently a former clinical instructor at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry’s AEGD residency program in Union City, California, where she instructs post-doctoral residents in all aspects of dentistry. In her free time, Dr. Chou enjoys cuddling with her cat, Mochi, traveling, cooking, doing yoga and scuba diving.
Dr. Ding obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from the University of Southern California in 1980 and earned his DDS degree from the USC School of Dentistry in 1984. He is a member of the American Dental Association® and the San Mateo County Dental Society. Dr. Ding grew up in Palo Alto, California, where he graduated from Cubberley High. He returned to Palo Alto after receiving his degrees from USC to raise his three children. Besides road biking, his favorite past time is competitive swimming, and he swims regular Alcatraz crossings up in the SF bay…. 59 to date!
Dr. Victoria Goh, a Bay Area resident, graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Boasting more than two decades of experience, Dr. Goh remains dedicated to delivering top-tier, gentle dental care to her patients. Beyond her professional commitment, she cherishes spending leisure moments with her son and avidly supporting him at golf tournaments. Additionally, she finds joy in gardening, cooking, and embracing the beauty of the outdoors.
Dr. Rita grew up in Cupertino, California — she has deep roots in the Bay Area community she now serves. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from UC Davis before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Southern California in 2013.
With 12 years of experience, Dr. Rita has developed particular clinical interest in oral surgery and dental implants — complex, life-changing procedures she approaches with steady hands and a patient-first philosophy. Her approach to care is prevention-focused and evidence-based: she stays conservative when possible and recommends treatment grounded in what is genuinely best for each individual patient. For nervous patients, she prioritizes clear communication and ensuring that every patient feels fully informed and in control at every step of their visit.
Dr. Rita has given back beyond her practice through a humanitarian dental mission trip to Bolivia — bringing care to patients who otherwise might not have access to it.
Outside the office, she enjoys beach volleyball and caring for her 14-year-old dog. Dr. Rita speaks English and Mandarin.

With 16 years of practice, Dr. Nguyen brings particular expertise in treating special needs patients, managing dental anxiety, cosmetic veneers, and pediatric-friendly care. She is Spear Study Club trained and CEREC certified, allowing her to deliver same-day restorations for patients who prefer convenience. Earlier in her career, she served as a pre-clinical instructor at Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry — a role that reflects the standard she holds herself and her team to every day.
Dr. Nguyen is known for being a good listener who takes the time to explain the reasoning behind every recommendation, then works collaboratively with patients to reach their goals. For those who feel nervous about dental visits, she focuses on identifying exactly what triggers their anxiety and works together with them to manage and mitigate those fears — on their terms.

Dr. Noorian grew up in San Jose and Campbell — she has spent nearly her entire life in the Bay Area. Before pursuing dentistry, she earned a degree in Computer Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo — a background that gives her a uniquely analytical approach to diagnosis and treatment planning. She completed her dental degree at the University of the Pacific and went on to earn her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency, also at UOP. She is a certified Invisalign provider and a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA).
With 15 years of experience, Dr. Noorian specializes in general dentistry, implant restoration, Invisalign, and helping patients feel truly comfortable in the dental chair. Her practice is built on comprehensive, conservative care — she prioritizes preserving natural tooth structure and integrates the latest dental technology with a gentle, patient-centered approach to create an anxiety-free environment where patients feel informed and empowered. She draws from her own experiences as a dental patient to meet anxious patients exactly where they are, consulting with each individual before any treatment begins to understand what they need.
Outside the office, Dr. Noorian is a Bay Area lifer — married with two boys and a new puppy, she fills her time volunteering at her children’s school, doing pilates, reading, and crocheting. Her fun fact: she graduated from Cal Poly as a computer engineer — not something most patients would guess. Dr. Noorian speaks English and Farsi.
Dr. Nehal Shah completed his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Having grown up in San Jose, he returned back to serve the local community here in the bay area. Dr. Shah has a diverse background in many different aspects of general dentistry, which he looks forward to utilizing to best serve his patients’ needs. In his free time, Dr. Shah has many hobbies he enjoys including photography, cooking and traveling!
Dr. Brendon grew up in Torrance, California, and brings a collaborative, deeply personalized approach to every patient interaction. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of the Pacific, then completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry (UOP) in 2017.
In his nine years of practice, Dr. Brendon has cultivated a philosophy centered on the belief that every patient has a story — and that understanding that story is the foundation of excellent care. His goal is to learn as much as he can about each patient so he can customize treatment for the best possible outcome. For patients who feel anxious about dental visits, he spends meaningful time discussing what he can do to make the experience as comfortable as possible — and checks in consistently throughout each visit to make sure his patients are doing okay.
Dr. Brendon has dedicated significant time to community service through six years of work at the Mobile Dental Onsite Dental Care Foundation, bringing care to underserved patients. He is a member of the California Dental Association (CDA) and volunteered for five years at the Aquarium of the Pacific. Dr. Brendon speaks English and Spanish.
